Who we are

Information we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, location, email address and reason for enquiry. We also process limited technical information needed to protect the form from spam and misuse.
How we use your information
We use your details only to understand and respond to your enquiry, arrange requested services and protect the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and, where applicable, taking steps you request before entering into a contract.
Service providers
Resend delivers enquiry emails, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and Microsoft Azure hosts the website. These providers process only the information needed to supply those services. Where information is processed outside the United Kingdom, appropriate contractual safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
How long we keep enquiries
If your enquiry does not become a customer relationship, we keep it for no longer than six months. If you become a customer, relevant business, contractual and accounting retention requirements apply.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy where applicable. Contact us using the email address above. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
